What should you look for in a protein or protein-rich diet?

It is not a diet for years to maintain, because extremely high protein meal may eventually lead to over consumption of natural cholesterol. Low carbohydrate food is good but do not eat enough carbohydrates, because you live in glucose brains that keep you happy and in good condition.

The protein-rich diet is great for quick weight loss but you should, in strict form, no longer than a few months together sustain. However, you can apply rigorous diet first and then switch to a variant, where you eat some carbs and slightly less protein eating.

What should and should you eat and what not to the protein diet?

A protein rich breakfast looks slightly different than is normally the case. Fruit juice and toast or bread you should not eat fried eggs with bacon just as recommended in this diet. A cheeseburger is also in this diet but without the bun. "At night you will choose a salad with meat or fish but no pasta, rice or potatoes.
