Women are as ambitious as men, in their work. That they often work part time, does not mean they have less ambition to work hard. This shows the first scientific study of ambition of the Taskforce Chair Pia Dijkstra Part-time Plus has presented Thursday in The Hague. The research was conducted by the Radboud University Nijmegen and the Examination Institute for Policy Research.
Women are just as important as men to their personal and their work to develop, but they are more focused on the content and depth. Men are more focused on "hierarchical growth ', profiling and salary. If privacy is compromised, both men and women set their ambitions at work. But do that many more women than men, according to the study.
